So Happy It's Back!
We were devastated last year when we were told by customer service that French Vanilla Supreme was no longer going to be generally available and would only be available once in a while as a special. We have been drinking this particular coffee almost exclusively for something like 40 years - I think we may have first discovered it in the original store in Long Grove Illinois in the 1980's. So when it popped up on the website again, we bought 18 bags... It looks like maybe it is back, so that makes us very happy. Please keep it as a daily option - it really is too good to be relegated to an occasion flavor. Thank you!

I did not make this purchase. My account was on PAUSE and has been since May 2023. You arbitrarily shipped an order of coffee to me regardless of the PAUSE on my account. When I called to discuss I was informed that Gloria Jeans would not credit my account for the purchase I did not make. I was told I needed to send you a copy of the email that you sent me back in May stating that my account was on PAUSE (seriously, who would have that?). Needless to say your customer service was lacking. And this is how you treat long time customers!! P.S. I called my credit card company and they took care of the refund.
